I ordered from them and there were a few issues with my order which i emailed them about. They followed up with me the very next day and made it right! I received a defective product and have been trying to contact the company for weeks with no response. I've sent multiple messages and haven't heard back. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again.
I went to the store personally, I had coworkers recommend me to him and he is the best. He gave discounts on three pairs of blenders and thinners. I was grateful as I was on a budget and free engraving 10/10. Plus all three were all sharpened plus they gave me the silicone scissors finger ring to put on them. They were all super nice. I would definitely recommend any future groomers to come here and get some new equipment.
