Its a clean place, the manager was super lovely. But Joanna butchered my hair bro and she kept telling me that she has to hurry because her appointment is coming,she couldn't stop complaining about my hair texture and saying that I have a weird head shape that there's only so much she could do. It was cringe. Everytime I tried to tell her what I wanted, she got defensive and she really has a problem taking instruction. I had to gas her up so I could go before she took my hair past the point of no return.
