SUPER unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend. Made an appointment with Rosy G. (head of salon) and called a couple hours before to confirm, which is when she decides the appointment was not worth her time and flaked last minute. Mind you, I had also been in contact with her the day before where she confirmed the appointment once more. Had I not called to confirm, She was not going to contact me at all to cancel. I totally recommend this place, today we took our 2 boys ages 3 and 7 and Rosy did an excellent job. She was very patient and very friendly with my kids. She takes her time and is very well at what she does. Very satisfied, thank you Rosy.
