I recently had my shears sharpened through Shear Police, and while the turnaround time was a bit longer than expected, they absolutely made up for it with their customer service. Not only did they waive the fee for the delay, but they also hand-delivered my shears directly to me once the service was complete. That kind of care and integrity is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for going above and beyond - I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I love my ShearPolice Shears! The quality and customer service is amazing. I bought the Mizutani Shears (Acro Type z1). They are the best Shears I have ever owned. I’m glad they offer a payment plan as well. I have also used this company for shear sharpening!

I don't know where to start with this review; I have had nothing but exceptional service from this company. A company that that provides above and beyond customer service, quality products, and actually stands for something is rare today. Shear police is all of that and more. As a hairdresser of over 10 years, a freelance educator, and a salon owner, I can't say enough great things. I hate to indulge in superlatives, but Shear Police really does set a new standard for commitment to excellence and customer service. Not only was their price the best I could find, but from speed of shipping through communication and follow up, they've gone so far beyond my expectations I really am speechless. I can't recommend them highly enough!
