Called to schedule an appointment for oil burner cleaning. Was told I would be on the list and if things went sideways they would not be able to give me an appointment. Not quite sure what she meant by sideways. I have not purchased oil from them but they have been here the past two years to do the annual cleaning. And when I said I will have to check around for another company to do the cleaning I was hung up on. Thanks for nothing.
We had a water heater emergency and we were lucky enough to have Brian and Brian do the repairs. Excellent work and not only did they leave a clean work area but they also walked me through and explained exactly what was done!!! Thanks so much!!!!
