When looking for SHEARLOCKS ph # I saw the 1 * rating. I was shocked. I called for a appt and asked what happened. Ishan had rented a both out to a hair dresser n the story is true. Worse salon experience I have ever had. They did not write my reservation down and had other apps booked during my time. I had taken off Work and was using vacation time. Color came out totally wrong and had to be redone and still not great, noticed the following morning some missed spots. Washed my hair at a sink with no neck brace very uncomfortable. Painful while she worked my hair, pulling my hair when combing, there over 3 hours will not return
