4.9 is definitely misleading. For $40 my man was done in 10 minutes. Chopped up cutting from the back, horrible taper and had to keep telling bro to cut this too and cut this too. the dude was nice but didn’t understand what I wanted and was rushing.
Best haircut ever for my son and great price. I highly recommend Devon, book him without hesitation.
