No human interaction. All kiosk and text from a robot. Been calling the number all throughout the day during business hours and tried each extension and left voicemails. Nobody answers the phone. Finally made it into a dock about 4 hours ago. They havent even locked my trailer in to start loading yet. Only good part is Ill be getting some good detention
Weekend pickup are quick arrived say early and automatically got.a text with a door and instantly started
Been here four hours past my appointment time not getting loaded can’t make to make delivery appointment time
Really really bad experience here for pickup It took me half day for a load pickup Terrible
