Pick up, appointment only, my appointment was scheduled at 6pm, I checked in around 4pm and checked out at 9:15pm. By entrance you will see for pickup QR code or go in security house to check in at kiosk. You will get the message for dock or what to do next, same after you get loaded. Lot of space for backing, I’m not sure for overnight parking, It could be better company.
Do not waste your time here
There has to be a better way. They need to fire who ever is managing this place and get someone who can do the Job. 2 hours in a dock and not even 1 pallet loaded is not the employees fault. It the person in charge. Either give the appointments at a time when the loads are ready or get someone who can do the job this failure of a manager can’t. Im embarrassed for them
Stay away from this place , waste of time.
