Fantastic experience while getting a simple fix on our van. We are traveling through the area and our left rear signal light went out. We didn't have the correct tool to replace it ourselves. He squeezed us in and helped us replace the bulb. We were back on the road in minutes. He was also just a lovely human being to chat with.
