They lied they said they were closing but their website says their open 24 hours. Avoid this place if you owner operators!!!
Avoid this place if you can. I arrived at 4:34pm my appointment was for 6pm this is on a Saturday evening and after checking in I waited and waited until 7:04pm when the yard dog driver came and told me they weren't going to load me because I put my phone number in wrong BS their lieing and they started putting emptied containers in the dock door. Trust me this isn't my first rodeo with these jerks and theirs supposed to be 24hrs. Guess ones again I was the wrong color.
Had an appointment at 6pm the office guy said he called and texted. Then he told the yard dog I put my number in wrong so they aren't gonna load me because they close in an hour. Website says they are open 24 hours. I'm sitting waiting on a new load and while waiting I noticed they took in 2 more trucks and loaded them. What kind of business is this you denied me saying you close at 8pm but loaded 2 more trucks after you said you couldn't load anymore. Truckers review onsite parking restroom Loading by appointment recommend doing you best to be on time 4 hours from appointment 5 hours on site till loaded People are nice and friendly staff
Slow. I don't know what else to say. They seem to be good people but hate their jobs. Slow as hell here. SLOTH slow. However, there is overnight parking for when they inevitably blow up your ELD drive time. So....at least theres that. 😔
