It took them over 7 hours to load me. By far This is the slowest shipper i ever been
Friendly staff. Quick unloading. Take like 20 min to get unload a full 53 ft trailer. Awesome. Thank you guys!!!
Very long wait time to get loaded
For dry van load drivers, you can check in early with the machine on gate. Some one will call you. If the load is ready they will load you, if not, just wait there. Loading will complete in a normal 2 hrs. above review is in 2025 March 2026 is totally different. Drvier checked in 1-2 hrs before the appt, 3 pm. get on dock 5pm. now 7pm already. we see the people walking back and force in the warehouse but nobody loading. each dock has a trailer on it, none of them are loading now. there is another 10 trucks are waiting onsite... read more
