If your car breaks down in their parking lot, have it towed somewhere else. My car was being fixed at the body shop but required mechanical work from the service department. The body work and mechanical work were not major, but the repairs took 6 weeks because of waiting for the service department to complete theirs. I had my 2014 Volkswagon Tiguan into Shearer Volkswagon in September of 2014 for a turbo replacement on the engine and suspension work. I am just leaving a review now because I am about to take the car to my local mechanic to redo the improper repair performed by Shearer Volkswagon Service Department. In May of this past summer I decided to change the sparkplugs in the car.
