I’ve been coming to shearer VW to get my 2021 VW atlas serviced for five years now. Ryan was the first person I ever dealt with here and boy did I luck out. Ryan has gone above and beyond for me every single time I bring my car there. Whether it’s something big or small he quite literally does whatever he can to help me out. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this VW location and the sales team has always been great. Unfortunately, the service department is extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for an AC issue, waited for hours, was charged approximately $700, and the problem was not fixed. I scheduled a follow-up, drove over an hour each way with small children, waited two more hours, and my car was never even looked at.
