I had my 2014 Volkswagon Tiguan into Shearer Volkswagon in September of 2014 for a turbo replacement on the engine and suspension work. I am just leaving a review now because I am about to take the car to my local mechanic to redo the improper repair performed by Shearer Volkswagon Service Department. In May of this past summer I decided to change the sparkplugs in the car. Ryan and Allison communicated very well and saw that the work was done promptly.
The worst service experience I have ever had at a VW dealership. My car needed extensive engine work done and required my warranty company to come in-person to approve the cost. Not only was Allison and the entire service team at Shearer unaccommodating to this request, they simply did not call the warranty company and let my car sit on their lot without any work being done for 12 days.
