This meal plan cannot be beat! Delicious, already cooked, delivered straight to you and all under 400 calories. For the busy guy or gal, it's an amazing way to eat healthy.

I worked with Sonia for 3 years when I lived in Salt Lake City, Utah. She motivated me to get fit with her constant words of encouragement and fun activities that she would plan. The Big Sur Marathon and Moab Winter Run were a couple of fun events that I signed up for with her. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. Her monthly fees were also very affordable.
