The office staff is terrible. I need an authorization for a medication that Dr. Shearer prescribed. It STILL is not authorized after two weeks because the staff refuses to do their job. I have called, emailed, my insurance company called and they still refuse to authorize it. It will take too much time to do it. DO NOT go to this doctor.

Scheduled a regular check up appointment which ended up being charted incorrectly saying that I was there for complaints related to left knee pain, which was true, but didn’t mention anything about my physical. Overall, not very impressed.
