Set up an appointment for pick up. They never called. They never showed. No evidence on our cell phone they called. They picked up the unit a few days later. No evidence the blades were sharpened and no evidence they cleaned under the deck at all. We specifically requested they make sure a stuck lever was inspected so the clippings could either be mulched or thrown out the side. They said it was addressed - Hercules couldn’t move it. They didn’t even look at. Over $200 bill for dishonest, bad work. Very disappointing.
Went too ag-pro for snow plows and a salt spreader. Top notch service there and very competitive pricing. Brooklyn sims went above and Beyond to makes sure everything was taken care off.
Picked up my brand new 2024 Z330r zero turn and had nothing but the best experience
