Had items I was shopping for at a fair price.
Not proactive. Poor communicators. Similar to many other reviews I am reading, I had a similar experience where they had my tractor for over a month and I never heard from them. They claimed to leave voicemails and txts but I never received them. Only when I called them would they provide any updates.
We stopped in at Burbank, OH because we were having trouble loading our car onto our car carrier behind our camper. The guys at the shop helped us out, made us free ramps out of scrap wood and even aired up our tires! Thanks so much for all your help, you answered our prayers!
Very friendly staff. Very helpful for reservations and loading.
