Dropped car off Oct. 1 and was told 7-10 days for repair work. Car did not have extensive damage but did need a new door panel and fender. Three weeks later it's still not ready. Every call I get is to tell me it's going to be longer and longer. At this rate they could've built me a brand new car. Hopefully the work reflects how long they kept my car. Parts weren't even ordered until the car had already been sitting there 5 days, and the appointment to drop off was made almost 3 weeks in advance.
Shearer Autobody did a fabulous repair job on my '98 firebird, and Matt was very professional and polite. A pleasure to work with all around.
Very dissatisfied with their service. I've had to go in two extra times after they "fixed" my car, because my car was making weird vibrating sounds that it had not done before the car was fixed. Both times, they gave my car a quick glance & incorrectly told me what was causing these noises, and ended up telling me it was my brakes.
