I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair trimmed here! I’m handicapped, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated the entire time. I’ve been going to this salon for years and truly love it. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is so warm and cozy. I booked a partial highlight online and confirmed by phone that I also wanted a haircut. When I arrived, there was a misunderstanding in the booking, and the owner, Pauline, spoke to me in a tone that was extremely harsh, rude, and openly angry. Her behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely unwelcome.
