Haircut was horrible! Longer on one side than other. Wanted point cut, got blunt cut. Charged for color( great…) haircut & style( the haircut worse ever & she hadn’t a clue on how to style a spiked look.. but she charged me full price for services not totally rendered: . I left with no product in it my hair, just flat. Went back the next day, the stylish that did my hair wouldn’t be back for four days! No one offered to straighten out my hair. I had my first appointment with Cassie today and I’m so glad I found her! She was so kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I imagined — she has such a great eye for detail. The whole experience was relaxing and fun, and I left feeling amazing. Cassie is definitely my new go-to stylist!
