Very unprofessional, the only thing consistent is her canceling on you. She will take you money( had to prepay so she could purchase my color) and then act like the victim when you demand it back to rush and get your hair done somewhere else the night before an important business trip. All of her excuses for canceling a bogus as she will then post on social media at her salon with a client, at home with full makeup or just at another location when the claims to be to ill to work.
