Great atmosphere, Friendly and Professional staff. Very flexible with appointments. Would recommend for all of their services. Your not just a number in this very stylish and clean establishment.
Not impressed. Spent most of the time waiting. Every employee there stood in a group talking trash and gossiping about people in their lives and one loud mouth in particular yelling and carrying on about someone's husband negatively. Rather stressful and not worth my time. I don't usually spend money on myself and I wanted to have a kind of outing for myself and I was met with stress and drama. It’s took 3 years to write this review! Avoid this place! They all need to go back to school!! Walked in wanting highlights with copper red and walked out looking like Barney and getting blamed for it! She bleached my hair .. deposited red and then tried lifting red ……. ! I just wanted my hair done. walked in with highlights walked out with nothing i wanted and it took five hrs! and she was sloppy !! Everyone know you can’t lift fresh red or black!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I liked about Rochelle was that she gave it her all to try and please the customer. Was a good listener!!!
