Wonderful!! Kristen gives a great long lasting cut and very professional.
The worst salon I have ever been in. I have been to salons in Hamburg, West Seneca, Williamsville and Downtown. I walked in with brunette hair with chunky highlights, I left all brunette with red roots after a "touch up". I also had a hair straightening process which left my slightly below the shoulders hair styled into a flip ala the 60's. Do not waste your time nor money and she had attitude to boot!!!!!
