I drive 40 minutes to see Mark…., he is that good!!!! It is a wonderful salon with friendly staff. You will not be disappointed.

I was thrilled to find Shear Rituals after moving to Bradenton. Richard and all the staff are the best! And the quality of my cuts, most importantly, is always 5 stars quality!
The way you respond to your customers' complaints is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting! You seem to be very hostile and should not be in the business. The way you protect this Richard guy is absurd..maybe is a realtive of something for you. You both seem to be rude and hateful and Richard seem to be a complete jerk and yet you take his side.. he is a "simple" hairstylist that probably hates his job and he s evidently very miserable.
