For the last fifteen years I had been using the services of Shear point in Birmingham and I give them all the credit for my nice looks and the confidence they implanted in me as a result of their efforts. I have been going to Shear Pointe for over 10 years now, and I receive great customer service for my hair replacement needs. Sue Clawson has helped me with my hair systems over this same time period. Sue is very knowledgeable and attentive about my hair concerns. Sue does great work cutting, styling, and even coloring my hair systems! Trudy Bushway has also provided hair great hair system replacement service on many occasions as well. Pam and Tahya have helped me with my hair systems for the past 3 years. They are very knowledgable and understanding about my hair concerns. They do a perfect job cutting, styling, and even coloring my systems! I would not go to anyone else!

These guys take money and do whatever they like not bothering about the customer preferences. I was offered hair transplant and procedure came out terrible as they draw a 'u' kind of hair line which doesn't cover my forehead leaves the same bald head what I choose hair transplant for. After six months I was told they did what I paid for in my follow up visit. I expected them to analyze my head and plan the transplant with enough number of grafts but they just draw something they like on the day of transplant and gave unaccep... read more

Beware of this facility who say 'we put the grafts you paid for' instead of working on natural hairline. I visited Shear Pointe to fix my frontal hairline and I was told that they have been doing for years that they can draw the proper hairline. On the day of hair transplant they shaved my head before drawing the line, and draw the line nowhere which I was not satisfied. I was threatened saying it wont look if they draw it the way I wanted and I had to do it because I paid the money and they already shaved my head. Six month... read more
