I been there a few times. Sometimes it goes well and sometimes it doesn't! Consistency is an issue with several of the stylists that I had and then the ones that were good they left and I don't think I will be back there unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere I can't Phantom the amount of money that I have poured into my hair and tips and toner and repeat comebacks for fixes and such so that's why I give it a three-star. I am extremely disappointedwith Shear Perfection in North Branch. As others have noted in their feedback, I received a phone call shortly before my scheduled appointment time informing me that the stylist was running late. Following this, I was told that I would need to reschedule my appointment for the following week.
