I am extremely disappointedwith Shear Perfection in North Branch. As others have noted in their feedback, I received a phone call shortly before my scheduled appointment time informing me that the stylist was running late. Following this, I was told that I would need to reschedule my appointment for the following week. I've been going here for the past 20 years. The ladies are fun, kind. Love the tanning beds too!
I made an appointment, It was for 2:45 pm she called me at 12:30 and said she was backed up on a foil job. Asked if I could come in at 4:30. Got there for a simple cut and dry she turned me away said she was still backed up. I don’t think I will go back. It was far better under previous ownership.

Fiona is the most amazing hair stylist! She pays close attention to detail and does exactly what I want. She makes my time there enjoyable! I highly recommend her!!!
