I brought my little sister in on her birthday a to get an ombré. I showed and described to the lady exactly what she wanted, which was a blue ombré and she agreed that she could do it. As she was doing it I noticed that she was doing highlight type of strands and I didn’t want to question her since she said she knew what she was doing.
