I loved this place, everybody is so friendly, smiling, and very professional. I went for a facial with microdermabrasion, and ended up doing my hair too. Kelly was great, this is the best facial I have ever had. My face look the best I have ever seen it, and my hair too. They definitely have my business from now on. You should try it too!!!
We went last Saturday for a bachelorette party, the service was awful! We made appts a week ahead and when we got there we had to wait more than an hour. They didn't have anything ready for us. Some of the girls had to leave with out the service. They didn't even have water for us to drink. They promised us free manicures and at the end they charged us! I won't recommend this place to anyone!
So I had to leave a review about this spa in Naples,fl. They went above and beyond for me during my vacation, due to time conflicts I was unable to make my initial appt but this place made the impossible possible and they did it all with a smile, laughter, and professionalism! I got a 1hr message, with a mani/pedi and everything was great!!! So whenever I'm in Naples again they definitely have my business and I hope they have yours too!!!
