Top notch customer service and a next to painless experience! I booked with Angela for a Brazilian Wax…I know, I know…from the greeting to the end of my service I will most definitely be back! The online booking process was seamless and I in-intimidating and her policies are clear. The location is right at Theater Station Buffalo, NY and easy to locate. The customer service here is amazing. I was taken care of like a loved one. I'll definitely be rebooking everytime I visit.
Angela did a wonderful job. She was very welcoming and kind. I gave a Swedish massage as a gift and the receiver said they would definitely go back when they could. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the exceptional service.
