We scheduled new client appointments and she canceled on us last-minute - twice. I'm unable to evaluate her skills, as we can never seem to get in to actually get a hair cut. Very poor customer service experience, will go elsewhere.

We’ve been coming to Kassie for almost 4 years! She is the absolute best at cutting hair and has become someone we always look forward to see every 3 weeks!!!
Don’t hesitate to get a cut from Miss Kassie. She really cares about your kids hair and kids love her! My son would get his haircut every week if I let him. My daughter loves getting her hair braided and a little glitter too ;) She keeps them entertained, goes the extra mile and makes them feel like a VIP. Thanks for always making my kids look sharp!
Kassie is a gem! She did an incredible job cutting my son's hair. Her patience and warm personality instantly connected with my 6-year-old. The salon's cool toys and decor added to the fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back for more haircuts with Kassie! Highly recommend her!
