If I could give a negative star I would! This women literally double booked our appointment and then refused to make it right. In one breath she said she had available appointments the next two days and then when asked to book them she immediately claimed they were booked. She had an issue with my sons hair and his being mixed. She is beyond discriminatory and was very rude in person as soon as she saw him. I would never recommend a business that operates this way. Walked in two employees didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes so I walked out, they were not busy and each had customer otherwise the place was empty all I ask is please acknowledge my existence but nope not here. So I waited 20 minutes and then called even though I didn't want to but as one of the only places on Vashon open I didn't have another choice. Of course they didn't answer my call and were still chatting away with one customer each even after the haircut was finished. Don't go to this cruddy customer service place th... read more
