Very Disappointed to say the least. Back to Back weeks I had appointments at this location. At least the first time they called me to let me know they couldn't have someone available. This time no phone call no email no nothing just we're closed. Very unprofessional method of running a business. I can understand challenges with staff etc. but to not let your customer know you're going to be closed this is how you lose your client base. So after these two experiences I'm done

The store has a sign up that the store is closed and doesn’t say it is reopening. We were scheduled for a Diva day last Saturday and when we got there the store was closed. The sign says to text the owner but she is not responding to text messages or calls. We can only use our gift certificate at the Ankeny store so guess that is no longer good. Explain that to a 5 year old. That is some bad customer service.

Typically I have a good experience, however today I did not have one paying . The stylists were great. The receptionist was very rude and impatient. She may not have realized it, but she asked me twice if it was just the haircuts in which I replied “yes”. I told her I had a birthday coupon and she read me my total. I was the only person in line.
