Arrived 5 minutes late and was turned away bc they’re “booked for the entire day”when the next appt wasn’t for another 20 minutes. The amount of times that I’ve been early or on time and have had to wait 20-30 minutes past our hair cut times bc they’re constantly behind but the 1 time I run late, I get turned away. Ridiculous. We’ve been coming here for almost 10 years. We won’t be back.
Ellie is amazing! Great personality, very helpful, an kind! Listens to wants an helps bring it to life! She was phenomenal very caring an calmed my son with ease highly recommend!
“I stopped by today to get my toddler a haircut, and wow — what an experience! Doris was absolutely amazing. She has endless patience and the perfect approach for handling busy little ones. Between the friendly receptionist and Doris’s magic touch, the whole visit was a success. This place is fantastic, and Doris is highly recommended!”
5 stars all around!!! Took my daughter for her second birthday to get her ears pierced; Darcy & Jenny were her piercers and were PHENOMENAL! They took the time to make my daughter as comfortable as possible. She got a bracelet, a sucker & a little stuffed animal too, which she loved :) they took the time to be so precise and make sure that the earrings fell exactly where they should on her ear to still be appropriately placed when she grows. I would recommend to anybody for sure. We will be back in the future
