Looks like mixed reviews for this salon. Sorry to see the one about racism. I did not have a hair experience with this salon but I did have a different bad experience. Like a bad “welcome to our nice island”. We are here to visit our grandkids and daughter in law again a few months after the sudden death of our son. We (my husband and I) were looking for somewhere to walk around and go I. Little shops. We thought we found somewhere to park. A spot about 10 spaces wide times two rows. I’ve had a very disturbing experience with the shear madness hair salons located on mercer island. I repeat do not go if you are a person of color. very disturbing place. I have nothing else to say other than me giving them 1 star. Again please do not go to this hair salon if you are a person of color. They are racist and won’t even dare to have a conversation with you for 30 minutes or even an hour.
They keep sending me spam via job sites. Avoid them like the plague they are.
