I am writing a review for my daughter because I am the one that referred her to get her hair done from Nicole she made an appointment and then she canceled and then she made another appointment and then she canceled again very disappointing when you’re expecting to get your hair done not nice
I made an appointment to do my hair with Nicole Smith before Mother’s Day to treat myself on 5/2/2026. The morning of the appointment she messaged me to tell me she couldn’t honor my time and asked if I could reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment to 5/9 at 10 AM. On 5/8 Nicole messaged me confirming time of appt for “2pm” I replied and told her that my appointment was at 10AM not 2.. in which she stated she forgot and said “oh shoot ok”.
