I wish I could say I wasn’t happy with the services provided. That would mean I actually got services. I stopped here based on a coworker’s recommendation. When I knocked on the door to make an appointment (I was never able to reach anyone by phone), the person who opened the door rudely told me that they had no more room for another client and proceeded to shut the door on me. This business is no longer Shear Madness. I am happy it is another hair salon. I am very satisfied with the two cuts I have received and forward to my next appointment.

This was going to be my first visit to Shear Madness. The previous reviews were very good so I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone indicated he was the new owner. An appointment was made for Friday at 2pm. I explained that I had a meeting at 3pm and I was attending an event later that evening. So would he be able to get the cut done on time. He said he could.
