The quality of the haircut and blowout was excellent, the stylist clearly has great skill. However, the pricing and communication were disappointing. I came in with freshly washed hair and specifically asked for a trim. I was initially quoted $35 (not from the stylist). After the trim, the stylist began drying my hair without mentioning any additional cost, and no styling product or wash was included. The entire appointment lasted about 40 minutes.
