Joel, he listens to you, then asks you questions about your hair and does your hair the way you want it. Does my wife the same way and she is hard to please. Have been using him for 6 months and my wife has had NO complaints, & that's good. Very reasonable prices. Appointments only, call him and be satisfied. Happy customer & wife also.
