Always an EXCELLENT experience. Great environment, welcoming atmosphere, very professional service! My wife and I come all the way from Statesville. That's how valuable this place is.

This was gonna be my first time taking my toddlers, called before I went and they said the lady left at 4pm. I arrived there roughly at 3:20, and the lady already left. Very upsetting, considering I was there before the time I was told she was leaving.
