My family of 3 has been going to Shear Images for over 8 or 9 yrs now. I don't write bad google reviews but had a very frustrating experience with Shear Images hair salon. Arrived at 3:59 for my 4:00 PM appointment and saw my assigned stylist, Lauren starting a haircut on someone else. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I came in to this salon just for a long hair trim and I am now left with a very short choppy haircut. I went back to have it addressed, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive.
