I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I came in to this salon just for a long hair trim and I am now left with a very short choppy haircut. I went back to have it addressed, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive.
