As an independent hairdresser you should take very little pride in the way you speak to clients that are unable to make the appointment. Life gets busy as mothers and employees. Unfortunately not all of us are able to make our own schedule that adjusts to our every need. Life gets busy, people make mistakes and dates get jumbled. Middle finger emojis and mocking manners to at the time clients for missing an appointment is incredibly unprofessional as an employee and immature as a person.

Lisa did my hair. Not only was she rude and snarky from the time I sat in the chair, but she reeked of booze and while she was finishing up another clients hair I witnessed her pee her pants. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Brenda or Shelly as I witnessed their customer service to their clients was amazing and gave off the family vibe, not to mention their clients hair looked amazing when they left!
