Wow! This is one loser of a salon. After reading some of the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t get my bangs cut, in this dive. Booked with Jennifer, who appears to lack social skills & work ethic and who decides to leave early for the nice, sunny, weekend and skips out on my appt. Here she is, in another review, flipping the bird, to a potential customer, who accidentally missed her appointment. As an independent hairdresser you should take very little pride in the way you speak to clients that are unable to make the appointment. Life gets busy as mothers and employees. Unfortunately not all of us are able to make our own schedule that adjusts to our every need. Life gets busy, people make mistakes and dates get jumbled. Middle finger emojis and mocking manners to at the time clients for missing an appointment is incredibly unprofessional as an employee and immature as a person.
