I went to a stylist and specifically asked if they were familiar with the Deva cut. They assured me they were. Anyone familiar with the Deva cut knows that it takes much longer than 15 minutes, as it is a meticulous process that involves cutting each curl individually. Jennifer is amazing. She is probably one of the few stylist i have found who can cut and style a short haircut for a woman and still feel feminine.
