I HAVE BEEN TAKEN MY POODLE THEIR FOR YEAR'S AND WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE ; I COULD LEAVE HIM THEIR WITHOUT ANY WORRIE;S ,HE IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
Normally we bathe and groom our own dogs but I needed to find a groomer that could clean up the shave job we did on one of our dogs after our inexpensive clippers stopped working mid-shave. We shave this dog in a fairly "odd" cut to stay on top of the skin issues he gets so frequently. Shear Haven (namely Carrie, the groomer) was amazing. They charged us a very reasonable fee and accommodated our fairly unusual requests. My dog has been going to Shear Heaven for the past 2 years!!! Today, they cut off my Shih Tzu/Poodle's eye lashes!!!! Won't be back!!!
Horrible place! Granted, the grooming job was good, but what came after was appalling. The groomer forgot about my dog, and closed up the shop 30 minutes early. It took me about an hour of calling around town to contact the owner, Jaime. Since she was so busy at the casino, she sent her husband. He called her on speakerphone and she still insisted on charging me $50 for the service! If I didn't have a few connections, my dog would have been locked up in a tiny cage alone in the dark with no food or water for the next 16 hour... read more
I love Shear Heaven! I take both of my dogs there and they look so nice when I get them back! Typically my dogs do not like going to the groomers, but since I have started taking them to Shear Heaven they happily go in- no more dragging them through the door. I do not think they are the fastest, but I am very happy with their service otherwise and the quality of work. Not to mention, the pricing is very reasonable!
I went here based on all of the good reviews and was VERY disappointed. I just got my Bichon home and his toe nails are bleeding, I usually go to Lil Bit O grooming but this was closer to my house so I decided to try it. Bad decision. If anyone needs grooming go to lil bit o grooming. They don't kennel, have cheaper prices and most importantly don't cut your dogs feet.
Love Shear Heaven! They do a wonderful job grooming my dog!! We've had several bad experiences prior to being referred here. They are kind, efficient, thorough and the shop is clean and organized. They take time to learn about your pet and answer all questions. My little guy had razor burns from the groomer at the vet's office but we have never experienced any issues here! It's a great visit each and every time!! I highly recommend Shear Heaven!! This is one of those rare gems.
