My perm did not stay in more than 10 days. Hair dresser took rods out and began rinsing before applying the neutralizer--acknowledged her mistake -- per rods back in and applied neutralizer. The price was reasonable, but not really when you don't get anything for it. She did not offer to do anything to ease her mistake.
