Been going here for almost two years and am never disappointed! Sarah is the absolute best, super personable to the point she knows exactly what look I’m going for even if I don’t and nails it every time. She has great attention to detail and usually has a new product to try that fits perfectly with my look. I can’t recommend her and this place enough!
‘Sheer Incompetence’. Your stylists have no training in trimming beards. Stop offering it on your service catalog.
I will continue getting my haircut at Shear Excellence. I had a bad experience but thanks to Haley it got resolved. There is nowhere else in Charlotte I'd rather get my haircut!
This place is great, I have been taking my son there for a while, from the checking in to taking you back they take great care of you. I feel relaxed when my son is getting his haircut in their cushy leather chairs looking at photos of icons I admire. Shelly does such a great job cutting my son’s hair, he has a tricky hairline and is pretty particular. Not to mention she talks to him about his interests, like riding roller coasters.
