We have been faithful & satisfied customers of Donna & crew for over 20 years!
I went into this salon today with my two sons. There were two stylists, neither of which acknowledged us, at all. After waiting 20 plus minutes without so much as a "hello", I asked if they accepted walk ins. They said they did but were booked solid. The salon was empty at the time. I am not upset that they couldn't fit us in, however, they really had to try to ignore us. Customer service is obviously not important to this salon.
