Had a 2pm appointment, came on time. The stylist asked me to take down my hair which is fine even though I called and told them on the phone I rather have them take it down due to breakage which the girl on the phone said okay. Anyway waited 45 min no update which I feel is unacceptable. I then told her I was leaving all she did was shrug and say sorry didn't even ask to reschedule. To me that is highly unprofessional and just ruined my experience at this business. Value your clients time and don't overbook.
First time client after 14 years of being natural i got a texturizer to loosen my curls and got my hair cut into a layered bob the results are amazing I love my hair and the service I recieved from Kiara everyone is super nice that works there i will definitely be back
We have been going here for 11 years and the stylists are professional and friendly. Feels like a second home. I highly recommend his place.
I love this place. Brittany is the best. She helped me get my hair all the way together.
