I called and who ever answered the phone just said "hello" I had to ask if this was Shear Envy. As I was trying to make appointment I was asked if I was from the area. ( not sure why that matters) either you want my business or not. I was trying to be a first time customer and hopefully long time, but I will take my business elsewhere. Who ever answered was not rude, just want to make that clear.
