I went about a year ago to get about 5 inches off my super long hair. I didn't have a great experience. The stylist who cut my hair was definitely new. So we was unsure of herself. She asked the owner to come over & "check her work". When the owner came over, she said that she "couldn't help because she had gloves on/ was coloring someone's hair". Kathy permed my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful! She took a lot of time and care I will definitely be back!
Whitney was amazing and did a wonderful job! I'd done a weak box dye job and she was able to make my vision a reality!! Will be back for the re-up!
