I wish I could give a -3 STARS for the three that I lost waiting for this owner who stiffed me in my appointment time that we had scheduled the morning of my graduation. She failed to show up. She was a *NO SHOW*!! I was graduating this morning & scheduled for my Native American ceremonial tribe braids. When I spoke to her on the phone I explained to her EXACTLY HOW I needed it and she said, "YES, I can do that with a suggested shampoo".
