I went into Shear Effects to have a colour done with Chloe and she was amazing and very knowledgeable! The 2 receptionists, Faye and Crystal, were welcoming and made me feel great! I definitely recommend going here!
*UPDATE* Maybe its a 1 off, but i walked in after not visiting for over a year and asked if they had any availabilies for a walk in. "I just received a phone call, and i think they are coming" is the response i received to a "yes" or "no" question. Didn't get my hair cut :(. Time to move on! Always an enjoyable experience. I have taken my son (6yrs) here for the last 3 years & I go myself at least once a year.
