A+ customer service. Always willing to accommodate my hectic schedule. My hair and nails always get compliments. I appreciate Kerianne and Whitney listening to ideas.
Very poor customer service, be aware. PSA when purchasing a gift certificate for a loved one please pay attention to their (3 month) expiration dates. They will not work with you, and will not honor this service. Will not use this business again or recommend them.
