I have been going to Shear design for about 10 years. I get so many compliments on my hair. I tell those people about Shear Design. I get great care: cuts, ect., and the people are wonderful.
I had services from Dana, who said she was the owner. I showed her a hair photo from the salon facebook page and gave her very detailed instructions of what I wanted. Dana did not listen to my requests or anything I said. This is my hair after her services. It was very patchy so her only solution was to dye it overall what turned out to look black. People make mistakes, which I would be willing to forgive, but she argued, complained she was too busy, took no responsibility, and then made me pay $195 for the damage caused to ... read more
Dana did my hair for my sons wedding on 9/30/23. I didn’t want anything too fancy, just some volume and some extra curl that would hold up through the night. Dana did a great job and I would highly recommend her for every day hair care, and special occasions.
